Hello,
Is there a difference betwenn these two words terror/terrorism.
Are they interchangable in the follonwing senteces?
"Centralised government, whether national or international, is very quick to take powers and set up mechanisms that may help them in the fight against terror but which certainly erode the established rights and liberties of the citizen. "
"it is in this way we uncover and analyse the roots of terror in order to sever them"
"the war on terror"
Thank you
