I think it's easier than to stop/stop/stopping manipulating myself.

--- I'm not sure which form, after the word "than" is correct?

It depends what "it" is.
"To stop drinking is easier then to stop manipulating myself."
"Stopping drinking is easier than stopping manipulating myself."
"stop" doesn't work.
