i. He can sing more beautifully than you can.

As you can see, the version where you repeat the adverb or adjective at the end is wrong in each case. The others are acceptable with the shorter forms being the most natural and common.

#3 could be written as "He worries more than necessary."
#6 could be written as "The train might be late; it​ happened yesterday."

That's unnatural. If it's necessary (e.g. for emphasis), use "... more than I do love Mary."

g. Call the doctor as soon as it is possible.

That's quite unusual. It might work in obscure contexts. For example,

A: I can't call the doctor now. It's simply impossible; impossible!
B: Fine! But don't forget: Call the doctor as soon as it is possible.

The others are okay.
