c. I study harder than you study. :tick:
d. I study harder than you study hard. :cross:

e. I am taller than you. :tick:
f. I am taller than you are. :tick:
g. I am taller than you are tall. :cross:

i. He can sing more beautifully than you can. :tick:
j. He can sing more beautifully than you can sing. :tick:
k. He can sing more beautifully than you can sing beautifully. :cross:

As you can see, the version where you repeat the adverb or adjective at the end is wrong in each case. The others are acceptable with the shorter forms being the most natural and common.

2. The weather isn't as good as it was last year. :tick:

3. He worries more than is necessary. :tick:

#3 could be written as "He worries more than necessary."
#6 could be written as "The train might be late; it happened yesterday."

a. I love you more than I do Mary.
That's unnatural. If it's necessary (e.g. for emphasis), use "... more than I do love Mary."

g. Call the doctor as soon as it is possible.
That's quite unusual. It might work in obscure contexts. For example,

A: I can't call the doctor now. It's simply impossible; impossible!
B: Fine! But don't forget: Call the doctor as soon as it is possible.

The others are okay.
