Hello,

I need your help please. Is the second "that" a mistake?

"Considering the facts that you want to receive this parcel quickly and that it's too late to call an express courier, I'll have to bring it myself. "

I think it's a mistake but without it , it sounds really strange (well, to me!).

Thanks for your help.

Considering the facts
(1)that you want to receive this parcel quickly and
(2)that it's too late to call an express courier,
I'll have to bring it myself.

Yes, albertino is right. You need ‘that’ to join the second relative clause complementing 'facts'.
