Hi,
I want to know if we want to include conditional after that clause, should I replace that with if or not?

The first reason why people are migrating to developed countries is that if they stay at their own home countries, they might not progress in their lives.

I'm pretty sure you don't mean "home counties".

Both sentence are the same... In the second sentence the "that" is implied, not written.

Yes, you have a TYPO in your sentence as pointed out earlier by emsr2d2. It should be "countries" not "counties"
