Hello.

There is a sentence like that: 'The bin was overflowing with rubbish.'

My question: Is 'was overflowing' Past Continous?

Note that there was no need to capitalise "past continuous".

In other words - 'was' is past simple, and 'overflowing' is past participle? Am I right?
