Is it wrong or strange to say "The breakfast is at 7 a.m.", instead of "Breakfast is at 7 a.m."?

For me, yes. However, there are contexts in which it's OK. For example, if it's a specific breakfast:

- What are you doing for your birthday?
- I've got a great weekend planned. I'm going out for two dinners, a lunch and a breakfast!
- Wow. How will you fit it all in?
- The first dinner's on Friday evening at Zara's, the lunch is on Saturday at my mum's, the second dinner is on Saturday night at my favourite Greek restaurant and then the breakfast - a champagne breakfast no less - is at 7am on Sunday!
