I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural.

The bridge, opened with great fanfare and pomp after reconstruction, has been closed again already the next day, after new cracks in its construction.

No. "The next day" doesn't work with the present perfect; use the past simple instead. Also, the sentence lacks a verb or another way to tell us what happened with respect to the new cracks.

Let me try again.
The bridge, opened with great fanfare and pomp after reconstruction, closed again already the next day, after new cracks appeared in its construction.

I'm sorry. I meant to direct you towards the simple past passive. I'd write something like The bridge, opened with great fanfare and pomp after reconstruction, was closed again the next day after new cracks appeared.

"Already" doesn't work with "again". I removed "in its construction" because that isn't where the cracks appeared; they appeared in the bridge's structure, or its decking, or some other specific location. As you see, the sentence works fine without that detail.

The bridge, opened with great fanfare and pomp after reconstruction, was already closed the next day after new cracks appeared.

You could tweak the sentence a little to keep "already" but using both "again" and "already" seems repetitive.
