Hello everybody!

I would like to say that under the contract one first-line icebreaker and three second-line icebreakers will be constructed.

a) The contract concerns building one first-line icebreaker and three second-line ones.

or
b) The contract regards building one first-line icebreaker and three second-line ones.
or

c) The contract is for one first-line icebreaker and three second-line icebreakers to be constructed.

or
d) The contract provides for one first-line icebreaker and three second-line icebreakers to be constructed.

or
e) The contract provides for vonstructing one first-line icebreaker and three second-line icebreakers.

What do you think?
Thank you.

I would use c), but I am not a lawyer, though I might use for the construction of and remove to be constructed.

c) The contract is for the construction of one first-line icebreaker and three second-line icebreakers. [STRIKE]to be constructed.[/STRIKE]
Note also that "vonstructing" (sentence "e") is not a word. ;-)
