The doctor to the patient: show me how much can you bend wearing the brace?

1) I cannot bend over after wearing the brace.

2) I can bow up to this point.

3) I can bend over this much only.

4) I cannot "bend over" or "bow" further than this.

"Bow" isn't wrong in this context, but it doesn't work with "how much". The doctor could ask how deeply the patient could bow, but "how far you can bend" is more natural.

I don't know about all of them, but the first above is not quite right. Write I can only bend this far. The second one is understandable but unnatural. You can bow deeply (though I wouldn't use the term in the doctor's office context) but you can't ​bend deep.
