I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct. Is my punctuation correct?

The drunkard who was barred from entering the nightclub revenged himself by smashing a few windows. He was so enraged that it took four bouncers to restrain him.

Was he definitely a known "drunkard" (that's another word for an alcoholic) or was he simply a very drunk man?

I wouldn't use "revenged himself". I'd say "got his revenge".

emsr2d2,

Now I see that I made a mistake. I should have written, "A very drunk man who was barred from entering...."
