Use in in all three sentences. They will all be okay when you correct a word in sentence 3. Can you find the incorrect word?

I consider "The education is good in/at that place" correct. However, neither one is natural. We would say "[The] education is good there".

It's good that you spotted the misspelling of "quite" and corrected it. However, it was pointless to repeat the "at" or "in" part when you already knew the answer.
