Hello.

In case of the Customer’s representatives' failure to arrive at the shipyard of the Contractor in order to carry out fault detection and accept the engines on the test bench within agreed time through the Customer’s fault, fault detection and tests are carried out without the Customer and the engines are considered as gone through the process of fault detection or accepted after repair.

Does this final part of the sentence mean "......... the engines are regarded as ones that have gone through the process of fault detection or accepted after repair" or "......... the engines are considered as if they went through the process of fault detection or accepted after repair"?

Am I far from the right course?

Thank you.

Jacek1, I have edited many of your threads to remove the extra (unnecessary) line breaks that you keep putting in between paragraphs. There is no need to have any more than one empty line between paragraphs. Using two, sometimes three, empty lines simply makes your posts unnecessarily long, taking up valuable space on the page.
