Hello,

-The fact that you will buy a new car doesn't concern me.
-It doesn't concern me the fact that you will buy a new car.

I know that sentence 1 is grammatically OK, but I would like to ask if the second one is grammatically OK or not.

'The fact' is correct, but not absolutely essential in #1. It is wrong in #2. 'It' is 'the fact'.
