Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"The girl looked at Kevin for a few of seconds, and then pointed out the clock of the church with her index finger."

The girl looked at Kevin for a few seconds and then pointed to/pointed out the church clock.

If Keven had asked "Where is the church clock" she could point "out" the clock.
If had had just asked "What time is it?" she probably pointed "to" the clock.

Unless there is some reason we need to know which finger, it's not very natural to include that part. Most people point with that finger, so you are not giving unexpected information.

"The clock of the church" is an awkward word choice.
