See above. I'm sure we've told you before that if you use the full name "New York City", you must capitalise all three words.

Note that although they're all now grammatically correct, a native speaker would be unlikely to use any of them. I'd probably say:

The lifestyle in New York and Las Vegas are similar.
Fred does things in a similar way to Bruce.
Fred does things the same way as Bruce.
