It's from the soundtrack of the movie "suicide squad".

What does sentence four mean?
Does "the abuse" mean people who get abused?
And what does the term mean by "that half"

Line 4 doesn't make sense as you have written it. I think it should be You don't know the half of the abuse.

This means something like 'You seriously underestimate the full extent of the abuse.'
