Hello!
I made a booking at a hotel.
I sent the hotel an email to confirm my booking,
and I also asked them for non-smoking room with an additional bed.

The reply I received from them says
"Your reservation has been confirmed and fully addresses your specified preferences."

I don't understand the meaning of the word "address" in this context.
Could you please rephrase it for me for clarification?

Thank you!

Definition 3 here addresses your question.

Incidentally, the original letter sounds rather pompous.

Thank you for your comment.
From my limited experience with English, I felt the expression sounded a bit odd.
So I asked. Thank you again for your reply.
