Would you please tell me if "and" can be left out or should be crossed out in the following numbers?
A) one hundred and nine
B) one thousand and nine
C) one thousand and nine hundred

As far as I know in British English you can't elide in this case.I'm not sure if in American English it is correct :-?

B) one thousand and nine Perhaps in AmE.
C) one thousand and nine hundred Yes. We don't put 'and' between thousands and hundreds.
