Please, can it be expressed "The originally planned economic benefits"? Or rather I should write "The economic benefits originally planned"?

Maybe are both possible?

Use a hyphen and it is OK. The originally-planned economic benefits.

Use a hyphen and it is OK. The originally-planned economic benefits.

It is my understanding that a hyphen is not usually used between an adverb ending in -ly and an adjective.
