There is a word missing from the quote (I don't know if you missed it out or it was missing already). It should read:

Our forum is the perfect place to get help learning English.

to get = to obtain/to receive/to find

Thank you for your reply.About the original sentence I didn't miss to.Just because of that I put the question.Now I see it is wrong to miss the to .I had thought it was a new usage in English.
