Is "I am feeling the physical weakness" correct?

No. "I'm feeling weak" is what we say. If they bother to ask, "In what way?" you can say "Physically".

When you say "the physical weakness", you are referring to a previously mentioned "physical weakness". Your sentence, therefore, is unusual but not impossible. For example, consider this conversation between a patient and his/her doctor.

Doctor: So, have you experienced any of the medicine's side effects yet?
Patient: Yes, I'm feeling the physical weakness you talked about before.
