I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural.

The police ordered the demonstrators to draw back, which triggered boos and shouts from the crowd.

I'd probably use "triggering/drawing" rather than "which triggered/drew" but that's a personal preference.

Why you will write the +ing form?

Why you will write the +ing form?

You always have to reverse the subject and the verb when asking a question. Write "Why would you use the -ing form?"

Why [STRIKE]you will write[/STRIKE] would you use the +ing form?
ems called it her personal preference. She thinks the sentence sounds better and more natural that way, and so do those of us who clicked Like.
