The following text has been extracted from Infowars. I have some questions about this text. Actually, I think the text is ungrammatical.

Here is the original text:

The social networking giant has also received criticism for several recent incidents during which rapes of women have been been live video streamed on the platform.

And the below one is my corrected form of that:

The social [STRIKE]networking[/STRIKE] network giant has also received criticism for several recent incidents during which rapes of women [STRIKE]have[/STRIKE] had been been live video [STRIKE]streamed[/STRIKE] streaming on the platform.

For the first correction, I think social network giant is far better than social networking.

For the second one, I contend that have been live vido may suggest that the action is still carried out, so had been live video denote that it is finished.

And for the last one, streamed means a person is doing that (airing the video), however I think airing can be done without anyone's help

The quoted text has a typo: "been been". Other than that, it's correct.

I'd prefer "... incidents have been video-streamed live," but it's okay as written.

Changing networking to network would be okay but it's fine as is. The other changes you propose wouldn't work.

Why doesn't my tense suggestion work? Would you please make a sentence containing both the "present perfect" and "past perfect" in itself?
