A includes B with C and D being defined.

when i can't get the sentence right by the meaning A, B, C and D represent respectively, can i get it right by its structure? i have two understandings:

1) A includes B which have C and D which is being defined.
2) A includes B, in which C and D are being defined.

which one is correct?

A includes B, with C and D being defined.

(just add a comma to separate C and D being defined, apart from AB)
