I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

The swimmer came out of the sea, drops of water sparkling on his chiselled body. As he walked up the beach, heads turned towards him, and moans of yearning escaped women's lips.

They're grammatically correct. I'd be inclined to use "emerged from the sea" rather than "came out of the sea", though yours isn't incorrect.
