Please can you tell me when the articles "a" and "the" are used in a sentence?
They are both correct. Number 1 means you want to go to any beach; it doesn't matter where it is. In general, number 2 means you want to go a specific beach. However, people often use the beach to refer to any place that has a beach: This winter I want to go to the beach. It could be in Hawaii, Mexico, Florida, or anywhere, as long as it has sand.Like which of below sentences is correct?
1.(space) I want to go to a beach.
2.(space) I want to go to the beach.
