Not with the meaning of stars and movies. The only transitive form of that sense is: The movie "Troy" stars Brad Pitt.

The passive of that would be "Brad Pitt is starred by "Troy". That sentence would not be used in English.

Other uses of "star" can have a passive voice.

The incorrect items were starred (marked with a star).
