The word "harmonization" and what has it to do with the failure of signing

Hello.

The Customer has to perform harmonization of the "Certificates of execution of factory bench tests" within 3 days or to provide reasonable written claims related to the failure of signing the Certificates.

I haven't got the slightest idea.

What do you think?

This is an odd usage, but I think the idea is that all of the documents have to be consistent with one another. To work together. No clashes. To be in harmony.

My best guess is that The Customer must provide independent proof that factory bench tests were performed. They can't merely say, "Oh yes, we tested." So some outside agency must provide proof that they observed and approved the tests. The Customer is responsible for securing this certification, and getting the certification must happen within three days. If, for some reason, the certification cannot be completed within three days, the Customer must show a good reason why it didn't happen.

If my assumptions are correct, then I suggest:

The Customer must secure Certificates of Execution of Factory Bench Tests within 3 days or provide reasonable written claim(s) related to the failure in securing said Certificates.
