Yes, you do. It doesn't make any difference that you are using the proper name for the forum. If you take away the "School Leavers'", you are still left with "I have just read your letter in the forum", which is a perfectly good sentence. Without the article, you would see "I have just read your letter in forum", which I'm sure you realise would not be correct.
