It looked like there was no exhibition today, that the gallery was closed or it was empty or preparing for the new one (Serpantine gallery at Hide Park).

1) There is no exhibition today?
2) Is there an exhibition today?
3) Is there an exhibition on?
4) Is there and exhibiton on today?

Are al of the questions correct, please?

Thank you.

Hi,

1) This should be 'Is there no exhibition today?'; 2) is fine; 3) is okay but you might want to add on to the end 'at the moment' or something similar; 4) is fine apart from the 'd' on the end of 'and' which I think is a typographical error.

Hope this helps,

Sue

1) There is no exhibition today? [That's casual.]
2) Is there an exhibition today? [That's okay.]
3) Is there an exhibition on? [That's possible.]
4) Is there an exhibition on today? [That's okay.]

Are all of the questions correct, please?
Try:
Is there no exhibition (on) today?
