Is my sentence grammatical?

There is nothing that has been earned by war. If there is something, it's death bodies of thousands of people.

I'd probably use "anything" instead of "something".

(Edit)
"Gained from ..." sounds better to me than "earned by ..."
There's nothing that we've gained from ...

"death" is a noun so it's incorrect before "bodies". You need the associated adjective. You also need an article there.

The whole thing is odd. You start by saying that there's nothing ... and then tell us that there is something.

First, work out which word (an adjective) you need instead of "death". After that, we'll help with the rest.

On what basis did you make this statement:

'There is nothing that has been earned by war'?

Do you think no war has ever brought about a positive result?

There's nothing to be gained from war, except dead bodies.
