[STRIKE]Do[/STRIKE] Is my sentence grammatically correct as above?

Your sentence is correct, but your question is not.

I would suggest further changing your question to something like:

Is my sentence grammatically correct as written?
Is my sentence above grammatically correct?
Is my sentence grammatically correct as written above? (This correct, but unnecessarily wordy.)
