Hi,

Is "This fan is not very good. It doesn't give enough air" correct?

The first sentence is OK. The second isn't. Fans don't "give air". Do you mean it doesn't produce enough cool air or that the air it produces isn't cool enough?

Say It doesn't move enough air.​ Fans don't cool or heat air; they just move it around.

Alternatively, you could also say It's not powerful enough.
