Terry left a Juvenile, Jack in Miss Wolly residence Before he left the house, he said these words to Jack:

Terry: Now, you got two numbers in your address book...mine and P.S. That's for Protection Squad. Okay? That's a special number. You call them, and they'll come running. Now, just for tonight, there's two policemen. Just go there. Can you see them? Yeah?
Jack: Yeah.
Terry: Okay. How do you feel? This is as bad as it's going to get.

What is the meaning of "This is as bad as it's going to get"

Does it mean Now is Bad and future is also bad will happen?

See above. Don't capitalize words unless they're proper nouns, acronyms, or the first word of a sentence (including a sentence quoted within another sentence).
