Which ot these sentences is punctuated correctly:
1-This man, in a red suit, won't be allowed into the club, but this same man, in a blue suit, will.
2-This man in a red suit won't be allowed into the club, but this very same man in a blue suit will.

I think they are both punctuated correctly.

It is a close call, but I prefer the punctuation in the first. These are seemingly hypothetical differences. Therefore, I would say that they are not closely related to the nouns as identifiers.
