I have to use an English title in my theis. Which one is in better English?

a) Regulation of expression of the TLR4 receptor in vivo conditions
b) Regulation of expression of the TLR4 receptor in conditions in vivo
c) Some other word order?

Presumably the experiments were conducted in vivo?

Regulation of In Vivo Expression of the TLR4 Receptor.

Unless this was under different experimental conditions that actively affected the type of in vivo environment, 'conditions' is not necessary. It is implied in the title that in vitro would be the alternative condition.
