So is it same as "It is being done"?
 
So is it the same as "It is being done"?

May I ask what 'it' refers to in 'So is it ...'?
'It is being done' is in the present progressive/continuous passive.

:)
 
"It" refers to any work. But I haven't got my answer yet..
