That doesn't sound right to me. Things are "hardwired​" into other things.

I guessed that hardlined was a way to say connected with a cable (rather than wirelessly). Google tells me I was right. I've worked in IT since before it was called "IT" but today is the first time I've seen this expression.

"Hardwired" means connected by wires that are permanently connected to both devices.
