Hi,

"The meeting was planned to start at 9 but it started at 10."

1. "The meeting was to start at 9."
2. "The meeting was supposed to start at 9."
3. "The meeting should have started at 9."

Please could you tell me whether all the sentences are correct?
I don't like the 3th one much.
