Is it correct to say: There are the pros and cons to everything.

Also: In contracts there are important information.

Also: In contracts there are important information.
Pros and cons of is certainly the more standard way to say that. I think your sentence doesn't sound very bad either.
There is important information in the contracts. Information is singular.

I am not a teacher.
