to express/show one's emotions

I wonder if people say - "To express one's emotions" or "to show one's emotions".
Which of the sentences below is correct? Or are they both fine?

"Men are usually afraid (don't like) to express their emotions."
"Men are usually afraid (don't like) to show their emotions."

They are both fine, Lenka. Show is probably more common. Reveal is another possibility.
