to lose vs to miss

Hi,
When talking about no longer having a right I used to have before, should I say "I lost my right of..." or "I missed my right of..."?

One has a "right to"

I lost my right to park in that spot.

or

"privilege of"

I lost the privilege of using the pool for free.
