"to never"

Hello guys,
Long time ago we discussed "to not" and "not to".
We decided that it's more natural to use "not to".
Some days ago I heard this in a song called "Never Say Never Again" (James Bond.)
And teach you to never say never again.
In order to make it better (right now for a discussion) we could just say:
I will teach you to never say never again.

I know lyrics can often be wrong.
If it's in "real life" would you use such a sentence?
I have the feeling it should be:
I will teach you never to say never again.

P.S. It reminds me of "not to". Am I right?

:up: It’s a song. The rhythm’s dactylic*: Dee diddly diddly diddly dah - ‘And teach you/ to never/ say never/ again’. The metrical requirement of the tune forces the wording (which, as a result, sounds forced).

*PS: Trivium of the day – as in ‘pterodactyl’ [‘wing finger’], the word ‘dactylic’ is to do with fingers: you can think of it like the bones of a finger – long short short.

Yes, if you don't say it as it is in the song, it would not sound good.

P.S. I have stopped to trust lyrics for many years.
