Hi, I am a non-native English speaker and was wondering if you could help me with the following. I am developing a model that supports managers in developing HRM policy within their firm. I am thus developing a support model that offers a "hold" for developing HRM policy.
I belief the word "hold" is incorrect or at least not nicely put, isn't it? Could you perhaps suggest a nicer way to say this? What I am trying to say is that the support model provides a hold to managers but is there perhaps a better word that I can use to say this? Or is this simply the right way to say it?
Thanks in advance!
