Hello, teachers!
I have seen this and I am confused.
"Do you want us to travel by bus"?
"No, I prefer you........by train."
A.travelling
B.travel
C.to travel
D.will travel
The key is B.
There are two constructions of prefer:
- prefer sb to do sth.
- prefer (that) + clause in the present subjunctive mood tense.
So I think B&C are correct. Is it right, please?
