1) Tom is weaker than Tim. He is not his match.

2) I want to find someone of my match.

3) He is as good as I am. He is my match.

4) He won't be able to find his match.

Could you please check whether my sentences are correct or not?

I think you misread my suggestions for number three. You could say either 'I want to find someone who is my match' or 'I want to find my match.'

If you choose the latter, then it's similar to your original number four 'He won't be able to find his match.'

Oh goody. We're back to Tim and Tom. Did we not ask you, Tufguy, quite some time ago, to stop using such similar names in your posts? May I suggest that from now on you use David and Peter and, if you need a couple of female names, Jane and Sarah.
