Is the following wording acceptable?

We should maintain regular exercise. Drink a cup of hot milk or eat some snack may help our sleep, but not too full to prevent digestion problem causing interference to our sleep.

We don't "maintain exercise". The second sentence should start "Drinking ..." and the next verb should follow the pattern. You need to add some words after "but" to make a full sentence. We don't usually refer to "sleep interference". It's normally called "interrupted sleep".
