Hi,
Which verb is correct? It is confusing.

We collected some seashells from the shore and took/brought them home.

Arriving home after a day at the beach, you can say 'Mum, look; we collected some seashells and brought them home'.

Telling your teacher at school next day, you should say 'We collected some seashells from the beach and took them home'.

And, if I had some seashells with me in the class. Can I say the teacher "We collected some seashells from the beach and brought some of them in the class" ?

Bring: when talking about a place which we already are in.

Yes—that's fine.
