If somebody pays me for lunch, can I say like this?

Thank you for your treat. OR
Thank you for your lunch.


Question 2
If I want to thank somebody by paying him for lunch, can I say like this while inviting him for lunch?

May I treat you for lunch?

Question 2
If I want to thank somebody by buying him lunch, can I say this while inviting him for lunch?

May I treat you for lunch? It's understandable/okay, but 'Can I treat you to lunch?' is usually said.
